Three day course including comprehensive study notes. Candidates require the current edition of BS 7671 (17th Edition Regulations, yellow copy), which can be ordered through SET at additional cost and may be used as a reference during the C & G multi-choice examination.

The scheme is for practising electricians, engineers and specifiers with relevant experience and is intended to ensure they comply with the format, content and applications of the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671: 2008, incorporating Amendment 3: 2015.

The scheme covers topics such as protection for safety, selection and erection of equipment, and earthing and bonding to meet the requirements of the Regulations.

The assessment consists of a 60 question multiple-choice examination of two hours duration.

Cost per delegate including examination fees: £475-00.
